Kristen Stevenson is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management since 2019. She was born in New York but grew up in northern Alabama. Kristen graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a Masters in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse as well as a travel nurse for several years broadening her scope of practice in many fields including intensive care, cardiovascular surgery, postoperative care and even hospice. She then attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham again where she received her Masters in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs as well as traveling and hiking.
