Very friendly and kind and very gentle

Went in with a preconceived thought that it was going to be just another Pain Clinic that delivers meds and then walks out the door. How wrong I was. Dr Calles an amazing empathetic and very understanding position who takes the time to explain procedures and thoughts about your pain and options. He doesn’t do anything without your approval. I was skeptical about getting a shot in my hip, but I am so glad I did because the pain is now 0.5 out of what was 9 to 10 prior to the injection when I would walk. He was so happy and his energy level was so important for me to feel safe when he gave my the shot. I honestly didn’t feel anything but a slight tingle because he was considered enough to mix it with lidocaine. For once I feel like we have a game plan that will work for me so that I can go back to being normal and doing normal things like my daily chores, my weekly chores, exercising,walking,family outings. The staff there are so considerate and friendly. The energy in the building is positive and the staff are happy. That says volumes about the team. I was amazed. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs pain management.

ECPC was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and the doctor was very caring.. I highly recommend them. They were very thoughtful throughout the entire procedure.

I saw Dr Brian Keogh, Jr for lower back pain in Holly Springs on January 9, 2026. I would give him 10 stars if I could. From the start I felt like I had known him all my life and this was my first visit. He was very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He took his time with me. I knew I was in good hands with Dr Keogh Jr. I did get a shot in my L2-3 with little to no pain. So far so good. I would recommend Dr Keogh Jr for anyone who needs this kind of care.

After months of inadequate treatment for pain due to bulged cervical discs pressing on nerves making my hands and arms all but useless and leaving me in unrelenting pain,I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Keogh here. The care from him and the staff are top notch and they are very compassionate. I am looking forward very much to continuing my care with them with the hopes that my microsurgeon can pinpoint where I am broken and how to maybe fix it so I can continue a productive life without the amount of unrelenting pain that is currently invading my day to day.

I experienced my first consultation with Dr. Keogh and his staff member Madison. Both were professional and friendly and asked all the appropriate questions pertaining to my right knee pain. Dr. Keogh was comprehensive in his assessment of my right. Honest about my best options for treatments given my situation and insurance type. He was able to tell me what would mostly be covered and what would not be covered by my insurance which help guide my decision with Dr. Keogh on what treatment we should begin with. Kudos to Dr. Keogh and Madison!

Very informative, very polite, very little wait time. Office was clean, rooms were clean. Very knowledgeable.

This was my 1st visit but I was very impressed. Everyone was so welcoming and caring.;Especially my doctor! He not only said he cares, but he showed it through his through his interaction with me! Keep up the great work, Everyone!
