From the time I made the appointment til I walked in the office. I was greeted with a very polite lady and the nurse that set me up in my room then did my vitals and listened to my concerns to the doctor one on one was an amazing experience. They are so compassionate about you and your care. Informative and patient and friendly people. I’ll definitely be sending out the referrals for sure. Thanks ECPC Holly Springs. Y’all rock. I'm here to tell people about the exceptional services you will receive from this office. Dr. Jose Avila-Calles is an amazing Pain Management Doctor. The major reason I'm speaking highly of this doctor is that he's not, let me repeat, NOT a pill-pusher, and that's my primary reason for fighting my insurance to continue my care with this office. Yesterday was my first visit to ECPC Wakefield. The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Avila was spectacular. From entering the room and greeting me to his exit he was so personable, made me feel at ease, asked me questions, listened to my responses, and explained everything he would be doing presently, and going forward.
