I was impressed with service for my 1 st Dr. visit. Wonderful experience!! Very impressed with the office staff procedure as far as giving consultations.

Met with Dr Keough. Fabulous Doctor great explanation great bedside manner great narration during procedure. It could not have been a better experience! 🎶 😊

I'm editing my review after receiving a sincere apology from Dr. Keough this morning. I truly appreciate his quick resolution to my experience. My faith has been restored and I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Keough and his team. Thanks, Dr. Keough! ----------------------------------------- I left Dr. Keough's office livid and extremely dissatisfied today. I have been seen here multiple times over the past few months for a plethora of disc issues and have always been early. Today's appointment was to discuss a recent CT scan, so I have been eagerly awaiting my results. On my way to the office for a 3pm appointment, I found myself behind a number of school busses and realized I was going to be late. I called the office number and left a voice mail saying I thought I'd be 5-10 minutes late (there was no option to speak with anyone directly). I walked in to the empty waiting room at 3:13 and was told I'd have to reschedule for being late. I mentioned I had left a message and the young woman said, "It said you'd only be 5-10 minutes late." Incredulously, I questioned how 3 minutes made a difference. That young lady left and the newly hired receptionist was left to deal with one distraught lady.q I understand totally about being early or on time which is why I have been early to EACH previous appointment. Why is my time so less valuable than anyone at this clinic? As an employed adult, I had to take time from my hectic work schedule for this. As an in-pain patient, anxious about my scan results, I now have to wait more than another week to see what is going on. If I had been 30 minutes late, if I hadn't called to do my best to communicate, if I was someone who was habitually late, or even if the waiting room had been backed up, I would have a better understanding of this gross disregard for customer service. As it stands now, I am so upset I'm in tears because I'm in pain and there was absolutely no grace or customer service shown to me by ECPC today. Because of the complete disregard for my time, I'm rethinking if I want to continue giving my hard-earned money to a group like this.

Dr Keith was very knowledgeable, thorough, personable and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with everyone at ECPC. The doctor was so very personable and listened to me and answered my questions. He explained the procedure. The person who checked me in and the one who helped me get settled in the procedure room were so kind and thoughtful. I am grateful to have met these fine people and they quickly gained my respect and appreciation.
