I'm doing a updated review. As I give ECPC Pain another 5star review I wish I could go higher then 5 because they truly care and really do everything they can to get you better without dealing with pain. I highly recommend them and I only put my trust and faith in them. Give everybody a rise for all the hard work and dedication they bring everyday to help people. Truly thankful and grateful

I was treated very well here, narcotics aere not pushed on me, but I'm trying trigger point therapy and PT exercises. I had 4 vertebrae cervical fusion surgery recently, a very extensive procedure. The PA validated my physical pain which really helped me, because I was beginning to feel like it was my fault and weak-minded. After my second shots I have maybe 10% improvement, which gives me hope!

They are prompt. You're not left in waiting room for an hour. Their kind, they work towards helping you with your pain level without hurting your health. In getting to know you personally.

I moved an hour away from the Dr office, but will gladly make the trip. I feel like the whole office cares about me as a patient. Best professionals in North Carolina!

Dr. Keough is the best! He listens to concerns and does a fantastic job with injections and getting them to just the right spot. The staff is great and very friendly.

My wife has been going here for a year and has been bullied almost the whole time by multiple staff members. My wife and I went to her doctors appointment Friday Sept. 27th 2024. My wife’s medicine was dropped from 180 Oxycodone down to 112 for no reason and no discussion by Dr. Davis. When my wife called ECPC Monday morning to let them know the medicine was dropped drastically and was never discussed with Dr Davis Holt, she was told by Heather the office lady this medication stands. Also was informed she was discharged as well. NOW the crooked office ladies are saying they have speculation that IM taking my wife’s medicines and that my wife is lying about being sent to chapel hill to a mouth/face specialist. I don’t even take a single pill, no Tylenol NOTHING. I have severe ptsd worrying that my wife’s meds won’t work with her level of pain, or has a severe flare up or has a surgery and won’t be managed correctly or she will be kicked out of pain management because of office staff. My wife is a Chronic Pain Patient with spine tumors, Traumatic Brain Injury, fibromyalgia, central nerve dysfunction, autonomic nerve dysfunction and will die without these meds. I have stacking evidence of the way your employees have been harassing my wife monthly and causing her pain, suffering, and PTSD to where she doesn’t want to live anymore because of the bullying. Cassandra and Heather have turned my wife’s oral surgeon against her stopping her from receiving medical care. Cassandra and Heather have turned every pharmacy against my wife and causing her to be flagged with NO grounds to go on. I have all evidence and I will not let my wife die in vein over an office women who’s profession is bartending and isn’t even qualified to be in the position she is with patients and medical info. I have all evidence of Cassandra breaking hippa laws with my wife’s oral surgeon as well. I will be going to get a drug test and prove I am not taking my wife’s medicines. I have so many recordings and evidence of neglect and bullying it’s unethical, inhumane and just straight mean And to accuse me of taking my wife’s medication is one hell of an accusation with no proof or evidence, they won’t even give me a drug test to prove my innocence because I’m not a patient of theirs. Don’t worry I’ll get my own drug test. You need to give Dr. Davis and the staff at Holly Springs location a drug test 👀 This is life and death with my wife’s medical conditions and these employees are taking my wife’s quality of life away and stopping her from healing and living as comfortable as she can with all of her conditions that are deadly. My wife’s ptsd was just starting to calm down and she was just starting to live life again after a year of suffering. Dr. k is amazing and has treated my wife with the best care she’s ever received from a doctor. But beyond Dr. K, it’s a circus show with nobody behind the wheel. There’s a reason this location barely has any customers, I’m sure they are getting bullied as well. I’ve heard patience yelling at doctors which means my wife isn’t the only one being treated unfairly. My wife has asked multiple times to be switched to a different location and was denied. My wife has tried sending messages to Dr. K when she was switched to a new med and was always shot down and never able to reach a doctor. Dr. K even said I’ll be here all week feel free to call and update me. Always shot down by the office ladies. We drive 3 hours every month to this location because there is no help for the chronically ill by us. I wish she could be switched to the Apex location like she’s tried to do. Why are they doing this to my wife???
