Dr. Keogh (and staff) really are one of a kind. I haven’t met a doctor before who not only cared so much about their patients - but who really made patients feel seen and heard.. and not just a number on the chart. Customer service is top notch!!! I love Alex and Dr Keough. They listen. They actually care about you as a person. They don’t just refill prescriptions. They respect your pain and don’t treat you like you’re there just for pain meds or opioids. They work with you to try and figure out the best way to combat your pain. They feel your pain and do all they can to make you live your life to the fullest. I got so tired of not being taken seriously when I was in real debilitating pain. I recommend them to anyone who needs a PM Doctor.
