This was my 3rd. time at this business. . Dr. Keogh was great. He took his time and asked me a lot of questions and Paid attention to my physical pains and addressed everything that I asked . He showed me a lot of my x-rays and explained what everything was that was going on on with spine.. I left with a A lot more knowledge of what was causing my pain. ECPC has been just the people and place I have been hoping for! Dr Brian Keogh Jr is not only knowledgeable but professional, kind, caring, honest and helpful. I have also worked with Dr Bagsby and she is the same way. The entire office staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. I cannot be more appreciative of them making my hard path so much easier!

i’ve been coming here for several years. I’ve had different procedures done to help with my pain. Front desk staff is always friendly and professional and the doctors are just wonderful. They’re very knowledgeable their patient with you. They really know what they’re talking about and how to help not just your pain, but you’re overall well-being

The care here is top notch. I’ve received more help here than I’ve found from literally years of trying PT and injections and varied medications. I never feel rushed when I have questions and concerns. I highly recommend to everyone who is dealing with pain.

I've seen both Dr. Keogh and Davis Holt and they are both fantastic! They are patient, kind, caring, and always listen to everything I have to say. They have helped me so much. I highly recommend ECPC Pain Specialists to anyone who needs treatment.

If it wasn't for Dr. Keogh, I'd be bedridden. The staff at all the ECPC locations are friendly, knowledgeable, and if the person one is speaking doesn't know the answer, which is rare, they'll find the answer ASAP! ECPC has several locations across eastern NC and even if one has to drive over a hour to an office, it's well worth it!
