The care here is top notch. I’ve received more help here than I’ve found from literally years of trying PT and injections and varied medications. I never feel rushed when I have questions and concerns. I highly recommend to everyone who is dealing with pain.

I've seen both Dr. Keogh and Davis Holt and they are both fantastic! They are patient, kind, caring, and always listen to everything I have to say. They have helped me so much. I highly recommend ECPC Pain Specialists to anyone who needs treatment.

If it wasn't for Dr. Keogh, I'd be bedridden. The staff at all the ECPC locations are friendly, knowledgeable, and if the person one is speaking doesn't know the answer, which is rare, they'll find the answer ASAP! ECPC has several locations across eastern NC and even if one has to drive over a hour to an office, it's well worth it!

After several months of going to see Dr. Brian Keogh and or Davis Holt I didn't go into the office in a wheelchair. I was able to walk in After being told by 4 different spine specialist there was nothing else they could do to help me I walk into the office, walked out & went to Walmart & walked while pushing a cart, Starter feeling a little pain, I was checked out & came home. I don't feel useless or a loss cause. Thank You Dr. Keogh & Davis Holt for relief. I don't want to go back into a wheelchair.

I am so thankful my PCP referred me to ECPC and Dr. Keough. I was at the lowest point in my life from a complicated spine condition. Dr. Keough coordinates my continuous care with excellent medical expertise and professionalism. He is so kind, caring and a good listener.
