I would highly recommend this practice. Dr Keogh Jr. was exceptionally personable, willing to take the time to explain my results and the procedure. He genuinely cared about offering some relief. I was very grateful to have received the help I have been needing for years. All of the staff was also extremely kind.

I came in from Palm Coast,Florida to see Dr Calles-Avila His staff is wonderful and he is the the most gentle and compassion doctor I have ever encountered. EPCP is so fortunate to have him!

First visit and I was really pleased with all staff and the doctor visit. I learned a great amount today. My appointment was prompt, all my questions were answered in full, and everyone was very pleasant.

Great experience. Dr. Avila listened to me and came up with an aggressive plan to address my longstanding foot and ankle pain. Im looking forward to seeing the results.

Awesome experience

Dr. Keough is an excellent physician and, very knowledgeable and explains the causes and treatments for my back clearly. Also he has a great personality.

I saw Dr. Jose Calles for neck pain. He was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a doctor to sit with me and actually listen and show empathy and compassion as he did. Dr. Calles spent a lot of time with me; I didn’t feel rushed at all and I felt very comfortable asking questions. Dr. Calles even worked me into his schedule to come back as soon as possible for a procedure. The staff in the office were just as wonderful, with smiles on their faces, very cheerful and super friendly.

ECPC is a great doctor’s office. You are greeted with a welcome and a smile when you walk in the doorThey really do care about their patients and about their patient care and the doctors are great. Their assistance are great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I felt heard. My test results were reviewed in depth. Dr didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. Gave me several options and shared the good / bad about each. I walked out with a plan.

The staff and facilities at ECPC are great! Dr. Keogh is super nice and his high level of expertise in pain management is unmatched. I get epidural steroid shots for my right side S1 nerve, and Dr. Keogh explains what he's doing as the short procedure is happening. I highly recommend ECPC and really like that I can get my injections in Apex or in Holly Springs.
