In and out within my appointment time the staff and the dr address my issues and he has found a plan to help with my issues in my lower back

I have always had a good experience when I go to ECPC. They take the time to listen to you and try to take care of you needs. Great place.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I have seen so many doctors trying to get answers and relief. Most times I don't feel like I'm being heard. This time was different and I felt genuine concern and eagerness to try and find comfort by trying new avenues to address my problems.

Dr. Jose G. Avila-Calles and his team were fantastic. He relieved me of the pain I had been experiencing for over 3 months in one office visit. He took the time to understand my pain and even went above and beyond to expedite my insurance approval for the procedure during the office visit. He’s a phenomenal doctor.

Having been on the medical field for 45 years… I was seriously avoiding having anything done to my back… I tried physical therapy, yoga, stretching, ice, anti inflammatories, steroids for a whole year…. Nothing worked, in defeat I went to Ecpc… my conclusion… what an idiot why did I wait so long. The Dr. was amazing and the whole procedure took 3-5 minutes, 30 seconds of pressure and instant relief. Dr. Said it would take two weeks for full effect but I don’t need anything else 😅

This was my first visit ever to ECPC and if was just a phenomenal experience. The staff is very welcoming and amazing to deal with. All my questions were answered by Dr.Calles and when he was doing my procedure he explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend this group to anyone,
