ECPC is a great doctor’s office. You are greeted with a welcome and a smile when you walk in the doorThey really do care about their patients and about their patient care and the doctors are great. Their assistance are great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I felt heard. My test results were reviewed in depth. Dr didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. Gave me several options and shared the good / bad about each. I walked out with a plan.

Everyone including the doctor spent time with me ensuring I was comfortable and understood the process of the epidural shot. It felt like Dr. Keogh actually listened to me when I said I was exercising when the injury occurred because at no point did he tell me I should lose weight to alleviate symptoms. He is the only doctor who I felt truly understood my back pain history and was there to help specifically help, not judge. The whole office staff were welcoming and I appreciated their approach to care. I will happily tell anyone who will listen to use this practice!

Dr Avila was a great doctor in taking care of the pain problems I was experiencing. His personal manner in explaining possible procedures to deal with my situation were so easy to understand. The staff there was above and beyond accommodating and the entire visit was a great experience and helped with the pain relief I needed. So great to have such a confident staff to take care of my needs. Thank you all

ECPC is an outstanding pain Clinic. All the Staff are welcoming and professional. Dr Avila is an exceptional Dr. Dr Avila treated me for neck pain with cortisone injection to C4 root nerve. Thoroughly explained what he would do prior to procedure and also during procedure. He obviously is a very caring and gifted Dr with great bed side manners. This was our first visit at ECPC. EVERYONE at ECPC Knightdale was awesome. Professional, friendly and they listened to our journey. We saw Dr Calles. We have a challenging case. Dr Calles was absolutely wonderful and compassionate.
