I was very impressed with everyone at ECPC. The doctor was so very personable and listened to me and answered my questions. He explained the procedure. The person who checked me in and the one who helped me get settled in the procedure room were so kind and thoughtful. I am grateful to have met these fine people and they quickly gained my respect and appreciation.

I can’t say a lot more than these other reviews have said. Dr Keough and his whole staff are over the top wonderful. Very caring, very patient with you. The procedures are near pain free and his expertise is unmatched. Thank you to the whole staff at ECPC.

The Doctor and staff were so nice and very kind. They explained the procedure and even showed me how they did it on the X-ray. It was a total painless experience. I look forward to returning if I need to. Great experience!!

I love Dr. K! He's ALWAYS there when I need him. He's patient with me....which isn't easy. And he actually listens to me. No matter how long I need to vent! His nurses are amazing! Super nice and they actually return calls! A++++ I posted that 2 yrs ago. Dr. K NO longer sees patients on a regular basis. He only does procedures. Make sure you don't try to lower your intake of opoids...or try to go without... they will dismiss you after 2 neg piss tests and refuse to see you. Yep I've been dismissed. I've been a patient since 2018. I thought the tests were for narcotics... pot, cocaine, etc etc. Nope! So frustrated and in disbelief atm. I have severe CRPS, 2 spinal cord stimulators and now I have to find a new doc to treat all this. Plus get my other meds filled.. smh

Dr. Keough is THE best doctor I have ever met. My first appointment he spent almost an hour talking and listening to me about my pain experience. As a female through the years the pain I've lived with has been discounted and mostly ignored. Dr. Keough asked questions about the pain and how it affects my life before I ever hit the office. That's never happened before and it makes a difference. He has the best bedside manner because it's genuine he has a curiosity about what is happening and how he can apply his knowledge and skills to come up with a treatment plan to help you manage your pain in that first appointment. It's been so refreshing to be taken seriously. ECPC and Dr. Keough's entire team have compassion and respect for what you're going through. My first appointment was the end of July and the only negative thing about the session was the very low chairs in the waiting area that were difficult to get out of and I had a follow-up appointment the first of October and the chairs had been replaced. When has there been a quicker response to address something? I come from Fayetteville to get timely care from ECPC I continue to come back because there is no better care anywhere. I highly recommend Dr Keough and his team at ECPC Interventional Pain clinic.

In and out within my appointment time the staff and the dr address my issues and he has found a plan to help with my issues in my lower back
