I've seen Dr. Brian Keogh and Dr. Elizabeth Bagsby. Both of these doctors are wonderful. Both are very compassionate and truly want to help you feel better. The nurse, Destini, that assisted in my visit was super helpful. She was kind, explained everything to me, and was so friendly. I have also been to the Holly Springs office, and I have NOTHING negative to say about this practice!!

THE BEST OF THE BEST!

I wanted to remain anonymous, so my apologies for a nameless review. I was initially very afraid to see a pain a management doctor because I had heard horror stories from people with my chronic condition. Turns out my fears were completely unfounded. Dr. Keogh and staff were all wonderful! I felt heard and my pain was validated. I initially went in to inquire about Botox, but Dr. Keogh suggested we start with trigger point injections. He fully explained the procedure and why he felt it was right for me, and it made me feel confident in his expertise and skills. He also assured me that if it didn’t work, we would try something else. Turns out they were life-changing, but I’m fully confident that if they stop working we’ll find something that does. I’m writing this review after I successfully put in a full workday- something I haven’t been able to do in a very, very long time. I can’t recommend Dr. Keogh enough!

This place is fantastic the entire staff is a joy my appointments are always on time and they have controlled my pain and improved the quality of my life I can’t thank them enough 😁

Not enough room to post all the amazing things about this practice. From bedside manner to on time communications with insurance, there just is not enough room to post. In a nutshell though, this practice has gone above and beyond to add to my quality of life. And with me, that's a struggle

All of the staff are great! My husband has said that Dr. Keogh has a great bedside manner, truly listens to concerns, and has made the radio-frequency ablation procedure quick, efficient, and bearable.

Dr. Keogh is great at explaining what he is doing. The blocks I've had have always provided great pain relief!
