Dr.Keogh and his staff are very friendly and caring. My treatments have been very successful. I highly recommend ECPC if you are seeking pain relief.

We cannot say enough good things and compliments about this practice. Dr. Keogh and his staff are second to none. Why? First and foremost Dr. Keogh spends valuable time with you. We were never a number… or just another patient in a long line of patients… he spoke with us, explained things and would confirm our understanding. He gave us options and showed us exactly what he could do. He was honest with us, he said this might not help… we might have to take another route… And when we did have to take another route, he recommended another great doctor. His staff is well-versed in care in the community for VA patients and I truly appreciate that. They were kind, helpful and funny ( when you are in pain a good smile and chuckle means a lot!) We were happy both at the Knightdale and Holly Springs location. I can never say enough good things about Dr Keogh and his practiced! Thank you!

Thank goodness my primary DR lead me to DR Keogh in Holly Springs. He "LISTENS to you he explain everything. And all the nurses and receptionist and anyone who works there is very friendly,and funny.And of course DR Keogh is the same way. Shows the leader leads. I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Keogh in Knightdale, he is very laid back but does what he can to get to the bottom of your issues and really cares for his parents. His staff is wonderful and very compassionate too!

This office and their office in Knightdale has some of the most amazing, understanding, empathetic, and laidback staff that I’ve ever had the privilege to get to know. They’re kind and patient AND actually hear your concerns. They answer every question and take the time to get to know their patients. I just had my first non sedated epidural steroid injection today. Crystal and Dr. Brian Keogh talked me through the whole procedure while checking on me and as we all cracked jokes. The best experience! I am thankful for them because they’ve helped more than they will ever know!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Keogh and his Knightdale staff. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. He cares about his patients and it shows in the treatment you receive. I've had the worst now finally I've found the best.Thank God for Dr.Keogh.

After years of pain & Dr’s constantly changing my medicines & showing no concern for the constant nausea this caused I was so blessed to find Dr. Koege!! He is the most caring Dr, I have ever met. He was determined to manage my pain. He listens with genuine concern! And has me on a maintenance plan that is working. If you are suffering from constant pain I highly recommend his practice! You will be so thankful that you did!
